Picasso Prive – Hotel Policies Check-In & Check-Out Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellation & Refunds Flexible rate reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or modification. Children & Extra Beds Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Pets Pets are not allowed on the premises. Smoking Policy Picasso Prive is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms or indoor areas will result in a cleaning fee of $250. Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and major digital wallets. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $100 is required upon check-in, returned upon check-out if no damage is found. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure guest comfort. Visitors Registered guests may receive visitors until 10:00 PM.
